Background bases were cropped to remove the static surface and sand cross-section (left 12%, top 18%, width and height 76%). Four overlapping sections of each cropped composition were independently regenerated with photographic detail. The returned sections are 1672 × 941; their detail is blended into a 3840 × 2160 output, with low-frequency colour matching and feathered seams. This is a composited high-resolution output, not a single native 4K generation. JPEG quality 92 with 4:4:4 chroma preserves small mineral and sand details.

Sprites preserve generated alpha, with alpha values 245–255 made fully opaque and values 0–2 cleared. Each trimmed sprite has 64 pixels of transparent padding and is packed with clear separation. Physical fish bodies and cave interiors are opaque. Artwork is rendered by the existing WebGL/Canvas system without new libraries or runtime bloom. The shared shelter transform supports actual rock occlusion and subtle OLED drift.
